Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant in Lusail. Your duties will include managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing profitability. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in the food service industry. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staffing, budgeting, inventory control, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create weekly schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the food service industry, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Indian languages is a plus)
- Proven track record in driving sales and increasing profitability
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if necessary
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one
