Temporary Restaurant Manager
This is a temporary position for a Restaurant Manager in Salalah. As a temporary employee, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring quality service and food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in restaurant management or for a recent graduate interested in the hospitality industry. The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and train staff to ensure high levels of customer service
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Education:
A degree or diploma in hospitality or related field is preferred but not required.

Location:
This position is located in Salalah. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in Salalah or willing to relocate.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
