Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Lusail. The ideal candidate will be a skilled and passionate coffee maker, with exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time hours in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, as well as other non-coffee drinks
- Ensure consistent quality in all drinks served, following company standards and recipes
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation guidelines
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Follow food safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month. The exact amount will depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Location:
This position is based in Lusail, Qatar. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Qatar.
