Merchandiser (Malayalee)

As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by ensuring the right products are displayed in the right place at the right time. Your main responsibility will be to plan and execute product displays that attract and engage customers, driving sales and profitability. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and purchasing teams to understand customer preferences and market trends, and use this knowledge to make informed decisions about product placement.

Requirements:
- Must be Malayalee
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be legally eligible to work in Dubai

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan product displays based on market trends and customer preferences
- Ensure all products are displayed accurately according to brand guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or overstock situations
- Conduct regular store visits to check product availability, display quality, and stock levels
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure effective execution of merchandising plans
- Provide feedback on customer response to product displays and make recommendations for improvements

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.
