A floral boutique in Al-Rayyan is seeking a talented and experienced Florist to join our team. This full-time position is suitable for men with a passion for creating stunning floral arrangements and providing excellent customer service. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating custom bouquets, centerpieces, and other floral designs for various occasions. You must have at least 2 years of experience as a florist, with a strong knowledge of different flower types and their care.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create beautiful floral arrangements according to customer requests
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers for their special occasions
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers and supplies, ensuring quality is up to standards
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering suggestions
- Process payments accurately using our POS system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle phone calls and emails regarding orders and inquiries

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a florist in a retail setting
- Excellent knowledge of different flower types, colors, and their care instructions
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English
- Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 30lbs, and perform repetitive tasks

Salary: $1400 per month (tax-free)

Accommodation: Provided
