Florist Assistant



We are seeking a passionate and creative Florist Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Florist Assistant, you will work closely with our head florist to assist in all aspects of floral design and shop management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the daily operations of the flower shop including arranging flowers, creating bouquets, and maintaining inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering suggestions
- Ensure the shop is clean and presentable at all times
- Assist with purchasing flowers and supplies from vendors
- Help with marketing efforts such as creating social media posts and designing promotional materials
- Participate in floral design workshops and training sessions to improve skills

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and floral design
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care instructions
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
