Land Surveyor - Medina, Saudi Arabia


We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to determine precise measurements and boundaries of land or structures. You will work closely with engineers and construction teams to ensure accurate placement of structures and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and techniques such as total stations, GPS, and laser levels
- Analyze survey data to create maps, drawings, and reports
- Determine precise measurements and boundaries of land or structures
- Identify any potential issues or discrepancies with land boundaries or construction plans
- Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to ensure accurate placement of structures and infrastructure
- Maintain records of survey data and prepare reports for clients or government agencies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser levels
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Experience creating maps, drawings, and reports using CAD software
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Medina, Saudi Arabia. We welcome all nationalities to apply but preference will be given to Malayalees.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 8am to 5pm, Sunday through Thursday. Part-time options may also be available upon discussion.
