Front Desk Receptionist

Our busy hotel in Al-Rayyan is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be fluent in English, and have previous experience working in a hotel or similar setting. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phones, making reservations, and handling guest inquiries. The receptionist will also assist with check-in and check-out processes, handle cash transactions, and ensure the front desk area is clean and presentable at all times. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Candidates who are Pakistani or Egyptian nationals are preferred for this role.
