Front Desk Receptionist for Indian Expats in Al-Rayyan
We are hiring a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. Your main duties will include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You should also be proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and computers. As an Indian expat, you will serve as a cultural bridge between our company and our Indian clients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments according to availability of staff
- Maintain a tidy reception area by ensuring magazines are up-to-date, surfaces are clean, etc.
- Receive and distribute mail/packages to the correct recipients
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, etc.
- Serve as a cultural liaison for our Indian clients
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian expat living in Al-Rayyan
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills
