We are a reputable construction company based in Isa Town, seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Carpenter to join our team. As a Junior Carpenter, you will assist in the construction and repair of structures such as buildings, furniture, and fixtures. Responsibilities:
- Assist in measuring, cutting, shaping, and joining materials according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Use hand and power tools to build and install structures
- Assist in assembling furniture, cabinets, and other wooden items
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous carpentry experience is not required but preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
- Proficient with hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, etc.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn new techniques and take on new challenges
