Sales Manager - Indian National (Sharjah)

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and driving sales in the Indian market. As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in the Indian market
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Meet sales targets and report on performance to senior management
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and potential opportunities for growth
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Indian national with valid UAE residency visa (own visa)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the UAE, preferably in the Indian market
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible to work on a contract basis without accommodation
