We are seeking a talented and creative Art Director to join our dynamic team in Ar-Ruwais, United Arab Emirates. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual direction and aesthetic of our projects, ensuring they meet our clients' objectives and align with our brand's image.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and team members to develop creative concepts and ideas for projects
- Develop visual designs, including layouts, graphics, and illustrations
- Work closely with copywriters and designers to ensure cohesive messaging and design
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Present concepts and designs to clients for approval
- Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers to help them grow their skills
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art or related field
- Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and strong eye for aesthetics

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in an advertising agency or marketing department of a company
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
