Art Director

We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Art Director to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As the Art Director, you will be responsible for managing and directing the overall visual style and imagery of our projects. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to create visually appealing and effective campaigns that align with our brand image.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative concepts, designs, and layouts for various projects such as advertising campaigns, social media content, website design, etc.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure consistency and quality in all visual materials
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines
- Present design concepts to clients or stakeholders for feedback and approval
- Provide guidance and direction to junior designers or other team members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field
- Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across different mediums
- Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an advertising agency or marketing department
- Knowledge of current digital marketing strategies including social media trends and SEO principles

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: This position is located in Ar-Ruwais but remote work may be considered for qualified candidates.
