Administrative Assistant
We are a well-established company in Hawalli, seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is open to both Indian and Egyptian candidates who are fluent in English and have previous administrative experience.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our team and ensuring smooth daily operations. This includes managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings. You must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in computer systems and software.
The ideal candidate should have a valid biometric passport and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. We also welcome students who are looking for part-time or full-time employment opportunities.
