We are hiring a Merchandiser for our retail store in Ar-Ruwais. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing visual merchandising strategies and ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner to increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies to promote new products, seasonal items, and promotions
- Create eye-catching displays to attract customers and increase sales
- Ensure that all products are properly stocked, priced, and labeled
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional displays and ads
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock situations
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitor activities
- Train store staff on proper product placement and visual merchandising techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- No English language skills required
- Prior experience in visual merchandising or retail sales is not mandatory but preferred
- Must be willing to work without experience
- Valid visa sponsorship is available
- Must be able to work in Ar-Ruwais
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
