Barista - Al-Khor, Qatar


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a passion for coffee, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and juices
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions or concerns they may have
- Operate coffee making equipment including espresso machines, grinders, and blenders
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Up-sell additional products such as pastries or snacks to customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of various coffee brewing techniques is required
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be fluent in English
