Responsibilities:
- Perform welding tasks according to specifications and safety guidelines
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine proper welding techniques and materials
- Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within given deadlines

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a welder or completion of a welding apprenticeship program
- Knowledge of various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick) and materials (steel, aluminum)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy equipment and objects
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
