Position Summary: The Librarian will be responsible for managing the library collection, assisting patrons with research and reference needs, and promoting library services to the community. This position requires a passion for books and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize library materials, including cataloging, shelving, and weeding
- Assist patrons with locating resources and conducting research
- Promote library services to the community through outreach events and social media
- Develop and implement new programs and services to meet the evolving needs of patrons
- Maintain accurate records of library usage statistics
- Train and supervise volunteers or interns as needed
- Stay up-to-date on current trends in librarianship through professional development opportunities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of library principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well with diverse populations
- Proficiency in using library software systems for cataloging and circulation management
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Jizan, Saudi Arabia
