Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating unique floral arrangements for weddings, parties, and other special events
- Selecting the freshest and highest quality flowers for each arrangement
- Maintaining inventory of flowers and supplies
- Communicating with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Managing budgets and timelines for each project
- Setting up and arranging flowers at event venues
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a florist is not required, but creativity and passion for floral design is a must
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Physically fit to handle heavy lifting involved in arranging flowers
