Junior Florist

As a Junior Florist in Nizwa, you will be responsible for assisting the senior florists in creating beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets for our clients. This is an entry-level position that requires no prior experience, making it a great opportunity for those looking to break into the floral industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior florists with designing and creating floral arrangements, bouquets, and centerpieces for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other events.
- Preparing flowers by cleaning, trimming, and arranging them according to specific instructions.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop.
- Interacting with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Assisting with inventory management by keeping track of supplies and ordering new ones when needed.
- Learning about different types of flowers, their care instructions, and how to create different types of arrangements.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Passion for flowers and creativity.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Willingness to learn from senior florists and take direction well.
- Physically fit as this job requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects.
