Substitute Teacher
We are seeking a Substitute Teacher to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Substitute Teacher, you will be responsible for providing instruction and supervision to students in the absence of the regular teacher. Responsibilities:
- Follow lesson plans left by the regular teacher and ensure all materials are ready for class
- Provide instruction and facilitate learning activities according to the regular teacher's guidelines
- Maintain classroom management and discipline to ensure a positive learning environment
- Establish and maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues
- Assess student progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records of student attendance and grades
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure continuity in student learning during absences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (teaching certification preferred)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and grade levels
- Patience, flexibility, and ability to handle challenging situations effectively
- Must have valid visa/work permit for Oman or be willing to obtain one

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
