Job Title: Contract Baker - Khasab, Oman


Our bakery is in need of a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Khasab, Oman on a contract basis. As a Contract Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods for our customers while adhering to high quality standards. This position is open to bakers of all skill levels, as long as you have the necessary experience and passion for baking.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Weigh and measure ingredients accurately
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
- Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and report any malfunctions to the appropriate party
- Follow food safety regulations at all times
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies when needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Baker in a professional setting
- Passion for baking with a creative touch
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time

Salary:
The salary for this contract position will be 1400$ per month.
