The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing or other toppings
- Ensure that all products are consistently high quality and meet customer expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Follow all health and safety guidelines while working in the kitchen

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen
- Knowledge of different types of doughs and baking techniques
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time-management skills to meet production deadlines
- Strong attention to detail to ensure consistent quality of products
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
