We are hiring an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and lead the sales team to ensure maximum performance
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team and provide feedback for improvement
- Create and maintain sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and finance to align strategies and achieve company objectives
- Train and onboard new sales team members as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the same industry (at least 3 years)
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, principles, and best practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
