Job Title: Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales executives to achieve company sales targets. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with existing clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Manage and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets
- Identify potential new clients through market research and networking
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance for management review

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to motivate and manage a team towards achieving targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Salary: 1000$ per month without accommodation

Location: Dar Kulaib (open to all nationalities)
