We are a reputable construction company based in Jeddah, seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and construction sites to provide accurate data for engineering and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting topographical, boundary, and as-built surveys to determine accurate measurements of land and construction sites.
- Utilizing various tools and equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and 3D scanning technology to collect data.
- Creating detailed survey reports and maps using specialized software.
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey data.
- Providing technical support and guidance to project teams on survey-related matters.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations during survey operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Extensive knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment.
- Proficiency in using surveying software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month along with accommodation. This position is open to Indian nationals who hold a biometric passport. Women are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to work on-site at various locations within Jeddah.
