Land Surveyor - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and gather data for construction and development projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using GPS equipment and other surveying tools
- Measure and record property boundaries, topography, and other necessary data
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey findings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate data collection for project planning
- Follow all safety regulations while conducting surveys on construction sites
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide accurate survey results
- Keep up-to-date on new surveying technology and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, maps, and other technical documents
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
