We are in need of a reliable and skilled handyman to join our team in Nizwa! As a handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, both indoors and outdoors. This is an urgent position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Repair or replace appliances, fixtures, and furniture
- Paint and touch up walls, doors, and other surfaces
- Maintain outdoor areas such as gardens, walkways, and parking lots
- Keep inventory of tools and supplies and notify management when items need to be restocked
- Identify potential issues or hazards and report them to management

Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary but experience in maintenance or construction is preferred
- Must have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems
- Physically fit to handle manual labor tasks
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed

Salary: 1100$ per month
