Junior Construction Manager

As a Junior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects in Al-Kuwait. You will work closely with senior management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and dynamic environment, gaining valuable experience in the construction industry. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers looking to kickstart their career in construction management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with developing project plans and schedules
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
- Monitor progress and ensure projects stay on track
- Conduct site visits to inspect work quality and adherence to safety standards
- Assist with budget management and cost control measures
- Prepare progress reports for senior management
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Maintain accurate project documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1+ years of experience in construction management (or relevant internship experience)
- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software is a plus

Salary:
Starting salary of 1400$ per month.

Al-Kuwait (open to Indian nationals)
