Experienced Baker


We are hiring an experienced Baker for our bakery in Al-Kuwait. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, such as bread, pastries, cakes and cookies. You will also be in charge of measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping and decorating doughs, and ensuring the quality and freshness of our products.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide range of baked goods, including breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other items as requested
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes or customer requests
- Knead doughs and shape them into desired forms
- Bake items in ovens or other baking equipment
- Decorate and finish products with various icings, toppings or fillings
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust settings as needed
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and are fresh for customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Follow food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene practices
- Train new employees on baking techniques and company procedures

Requirements:
- Must have prior experience as a Baker in a bakery or similar setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients, measurements, and equipment
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Attention to detail for measuring ingredients
- Creativity in decorating baked goods
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 25lbs)
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1300$ per month

Location: Al-Kuwait

Preference: Indian nationality preferred
