Indian Sales Manager in Al-Kuwait
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. Your main duties will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in Al-Kuwait
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage the sales team by setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and training as needed
- Prepare regular reports on sales progress, market trends, and competition analysis
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting customer needs
- Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to identify potential risks or opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
- Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
- Must be willing to relocate to Al-Kuwait
