As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling insurance products to potential clients in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Your main responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers and educate them on the benefits of various insurance policies. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop sales strategies
- Contact potential clients through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
- Explain insurance policies and coverage options to clients in a clear and concise manner
- Customize insurance plans according to the specific needs of each client
- Process policy applications and handle all necessary paperwork accurately
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and targets
- Stay updated on industry trends, changes in policies, and new products available in the market
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with potential customers
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and targets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade others effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in pursuing sales opportunities
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Riyadh


Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday.
