Job Title: Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in El-Ain. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring that we provide top-notch service and delicious food to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring smooth service.
- Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.
- Create and maintain a welcoming and efficient atmosphere for both employees and customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure proper stock levels.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and maximize profitability.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
