Executive Chef
A luxury restaurant in Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead their kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be a creative and passionate chef with a strong background in fine dining cuisine. This is an excellent opportunity for an Egyptian chef looking to expand their culinary skills and work in a prestigious establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high quality standards are met
- Develop and maintain menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and seasonality
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Monitor food costs, inventory levels, and ordering to ensure profitability
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining setting
- Proven track record of creating innovative and high-quality dishes
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisines, particularly Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be willing to relocate to Al-Kuwait
Salary: $1200 per month (tax-free)
