Experienced Waiter in Muscat, Oman

We are in need of an experienced Waiter to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a waiter in a similar setting and must have their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages to customers according to established standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or concerns
- Monitor tables and assist with clearing dishes and resetting tables as needed
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, etc.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a waiter in a similar setting
- Must have own visa
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
