Excavator Operator for Construction Company in Nizwa

We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our construction team in Nizwa. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move and grade earth and other materials for various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience operating excavators and possess a valid operator's license.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to dig trenches, foundations, and other construction areas as needed
- Ensure safe operation of equipment by adhering to all safety regulations and procedures
- Conduct routine pre- and post-operation checks on the excavator
- Safely load and unload materials into trucks or onto designated areas
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs on the equipment as needed
- Communicate effectively with other team members regarding job progress and any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating excavators in a construction setting
- Valid operator's license for heavy equipment such as an excavator
- Ability to read blueprints and follow job specifications accurately
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures when operating heavy equipment

Salary: $1000 per month

This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. Own visa jobs are preferred, but we are willing to sponsor a work visa for the right candidate. This opportunity is open to students who meet the requirements.
