Job Title: Construction Project Manager


We are in need of a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in the city of Lusail. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and final delivery. Your role will involve working closely with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high quality standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing construction projects, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of construction processes and regulations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Oversee project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress and address any concerns or issues
- Communicate updates on project status to all stakeholders, including clients and management
- Manage project documentation such as contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times on the construction site

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficiency in project management software
- Fluent English communication skills
