We are a highly reputable restaurant in Nizwa seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to company policies.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all employees.
- Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet company standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide feedback and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with chefs to develop new menu items and update existing ones.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and cost control procedures.
- Familiarity with restaurant software programs such as POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Must have own visa or be able to obtain one.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Nizwa. Candidates who are already living in Nizwa or willing to relocate there are preferred.
