Junior Restaurant Manager in Nizwa, Oman

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Restaurant Manager to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Junior Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. This includes managing the staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Restaurant Manager in managing the staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high quality and consistency.
- Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional offers or events.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Must have a valid visa to work in Oman.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
