Part-Time Restaurant Manager



Our busy restaurant in Isa Town is seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1300$, accommodation, free visa, and ticket provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create schedules for employees and manage labor costs
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure food quality and consistency
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with calmness
- Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
