Temporary Restaurant Manager (Isa Town, Bahrain)



We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Temporary Restaurant Manager to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As a Temporary Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of waitstaff, chefs, and other restaurant staff
- Train new staff members and ensure ongoing training for existing employees
- Create weekly schedules and manage labor costs
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain a positive working relationship with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for all staff members

Requirements:
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced dining establishment
- Extensive knowledge of food industry trends, menu planning, and cost control techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor staff members
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays if necessary

Salary: $1500 per month with accommodation provided.
