Job Title: Online Tutor

As an Online Tutor, you will be responsible for conducting virtual tutoring sessions with students of various ages and backgrounds. Your main goal will be to provide personalized and effective learning experiences for each student, helping them achieve their academic goals. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of different learners.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare online lessons based on the curriculum and student's individual needs
- Conduct engaging and interactive virtual tutoring sessions
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Collaborate with parents or guardians to ensure students are meeting their learning objectives
- Stay up-to-date with educational trends and utilize innovative teaching methods
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Proven experience as a tutor or teacher in a virtual setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficient in using online teaching platforms such as Zoom or Skype
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Khasab, Oman (remote work)

Contract job: This is a contract job, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
