Sales Associate - Retail (Malayalee Preferred)



We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our retail team in Jeddah. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products they need
- Provide product knowledge and advice to customers
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Restock shelves and ensure proper merchandising of products
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Meet individual and store sales targets
- Participate in inventory management activities

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar position
- Fluency in English is a must, proficiency in Malayalam is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
