Mason Supervisor

We are searching for a skilled Mason Supervisor to join our team in Medina. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons in completing various construction projects. Your role will involve providing guidance and support to the masons, ensuring that deadlines are met, and maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons in completing construction projects
- Provide guidance, training, and support to masons to ensure high quality work
- Plan and organize daily work schedules for the team
- Monitor progress and ensure that projects are completed within deadlines
- Collaborate with project managers to determine project requirements and specifications
- Order necessary materials and tools for the team
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is up to standard
- Address any issues or concerns raised by clients or team members in a timely manner
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and plans
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Must be able to obtain necessary work permits
