Office Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Khor. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and maintaining a clean and orderly office environment. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment by keeping inventory, placing orders, and arranging for repairs.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and other materials as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing deliveries.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare expense reports.
- Help with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and data entry.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) with the ability to learn new software programs quickly.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
