Handyman for Residential Complex in Ar-Ruwais, Egypt

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Egypt. As a Handyman, your responsibilities will include performing maintenance and repair tasks for our residential complex. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, repairing appliances, and painting
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner
- Coordinate with contractors for more complex repairs and renovations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the complex's common areas
- Respond promptly to residents' requests for repairs or assistance
- Keep detailed records of maintenance work and expenses

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills to interact with residents and contractors
- Must have a biometric passport for visa purposes

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Ar-Ruwais, Egypt (accommodation provided)
