We are searching for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Salalah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. This is a contract role with a salary of 1100$.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to improve products or services
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Motivate team members to reach their full potential
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Salalah area
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitors in the industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
