Administrator - Khasab, Oman
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory levels
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Oversee scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Support the team with any administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Please note that this position does not include accommodation. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is able to work independently as well as part of a team.
