Job Title: Bilingual Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Al-Rayyan


We are hiring a bilingual concierge to join our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in both English and Malayalee or Egyptian, and has a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information on local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and other events
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and policies to provide accurate information to guests
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests
- Maintain the lobby area to ensure it is clean and welcoming at all times

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Malayalee or Egyptian (verbal and written)
- Prior experience as a concierge or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options in Al-Rayyan preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
