Instrument Technician - Contract Position in Muscat, Oman

We are seeking an experienced Instrument Technician for a contract position in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with various types of instruments, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and performing preventative maintenance. The role requires a high level of technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, calibrate and repair various types of instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, etc.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments and perform necessary repairs.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on instruments to ensure proper functioning.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and instrument inventory.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify solutions for complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Instrument Technician.
- Diploma or certification in Instrumentation or a related field.
- Strong understanding of instrument calibration techniques and procedures.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and manuals.
- Experience with electronic control systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good communication skills.

Salary: The salary for this position is $900 per month.

Location: This job is located in Muscat, Oman.

Contract: This is a contract position for an initial period of 6 months.

Visa & Ticket: The company will provide the selected candidate with a free visa and ticket to travel to Muscat.

Freshers: This job is not suitable for freshers. Prior experience as an Instrument Technician is required.
